05 What leverage do you offer?
Exclusive Markets offers different leverage options depending on the trading account type. The maximum leverage offered is 1:2000, which is available with the Standard, Standard Plus, and Exclusive account types. The Cent account has a fixed leverage of 1:500.

01 How to Register with Exclusive Markets?
Click on Register button: Go to the Exclusive Markets website and click on the "Sign up" button located in the top right corner of the page.
Create Password: Create a strong password for your account, with at least one number, one lowercase and one uppercase letter, and confirm it.
Tick the Boxes: If applicable, tick the boxes below to confirm that you agree with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Click Create Account: Click the "Create Account" button to finish the registration process.
Complete the Questionnaire: Once you have created your account, complete the questionnaire with compliance and legal details. Fill in your date of birth, nationality, passport/ID number, education level, employment status, occupation, etc.
Click Submit: Click the "Submit" button to complete the registration process.
Upload Documents: To fully verify your profile, upload your documents by clicking on "Complete Profile" on the left menu and then selecting "Upload documents."
02How can I change/reset my account password?
- From your client portal tab on the left side, click on “My Profile” and select “Update Password”
- Fill in your “Current Password” then Choose and Confirm your New Password. Click on the Update Password Button.
03I forgot my password. Will I be able to reset it?
Yes, you can reset your password.

04How do I open demo account?
To open a demo account with Exclusive Markets, please follow these steps:
- Click on “Open an Account” on the top right corner of the website.
- Fill out the registration form (Name, Email, Phone, Password) and submit the form. Confirm your submission with the PIN sent to your email and Phone.
- From your Client Portal tab on the left side, Click on “My Accounts” and select “Open Trading Account”.
- Select “Open Demo Account” and Choose your preferred trading platform MT4 or MT5.
- Fill out the details (Account Type, Leverage, Deposit amount & Password) and Click the “Open Demo Account” button. ( For account overview and details, please follow step 4 and click "Account Overview")
- Once you have completed these steps, you should receive an email with instructions on how to download and access your demo account.
05How can I change my account details?
- Please note that you cannot change the Account name or the Email address on the client portal.
- Still, if you are required to change the Name or Email, you need to email us support@exclusivemarkets.com and provide valid proof of identity if it wasn't uploaded to your client portal. The same process will be applicable for Email as well if you wish to change your current email address.
06 How can I delete/close my Account?
If you wish to delete your account, please forward an email to support@exclusivemarkets.com.
Please ensure that you have closed all open positions and withdrawn all funds in your available balance before emailing us.
One of our customer support representatives will proceed to close and disable your account, and you will no longer have access to it. Once the action is done, you will receive an email confirmation that your account has been disabled.
Once you close your investment account, it cannot be reopened.
07How old do I need to be to trade?
If you wish to open a real money account with Exclusive Markets, you must be at least 18 years old.
08Which regulation is my account under?
Exclusive Markets is a financial investment services company incorporated under the laws of Seychelles with Registration Nr. 8423950-1 regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA).
09Do I need to upload my documents again if I open a new trading account?
No, your new account will be validated automatically, if you will use the same personal /contact details as for your previous account.
10I haven’t logged in to my account for a while. Will I be affected?
No, you can still log in to your account using your current login credentials.
If you are trying to log in to your account unsuccessfully, please make sure that you are using the correct login credentials.

- Firstly, navigate to 'My Accounts' and click on 'Open Trading Account’.

- At last, press 'Enable' to open your Swap Free Account.

01How do I upload my ID and other documents?
From your Client Portal, click on KYC Verification under My Profile on the left side menu. Upload documents. Acceptable file formats are pdf, png, jpg & max upload size is 15MB. If documents fail to be uploaded, or for some reason something went wrong, you can forward the documents with an email to support@exclusivemarkets.com.
02 How to verify my account?
Firstly, the Terms and Conditions (Legal) and Compliance Questionnaire must be accepted and completed.
Proof of Identification:
Passport: A colour copy of the Photo page and the adjacent page. BOTH must be contained in the same scanned image, must be of good quality and clearly visible.
National ID: A colour copy of both sides of the ID must be provided. They must be of good quality and clearly visible.
Drivers’ Licence: A colour copy of the Personal Information side must be provided. It must be of good quality and clearly visible.
Proof of Address:
Utility Bill, Bank Statement, Local Authority Bill or Any other Official Document.
Please note that the Maximum document upload size is 15 MB.

03What do I enter in TIN?
You can enter Tax Identification Number (TIN) or other equivalent as applicable to your Country. Example- If it’s not available based on your country of tax residency, please input any other identity number.
04Can I create corporate account? (In company name with trading option)
If you wish to proceed with a corporate account, please email us at support@exclusivemarkets.com, and we will send you the related documents.
- Certificate of Incorporation (not older than 6 months)
- Certificate of Registered Office (not older than 6 months)
- Certificate of Directors and Secretary (not older than 6 months)

- Certificate of Good Standing The company’s documentation must be recent and original or certified as true copies of the original.
05How long does it take to verify my account?
The time it takes to verify your account with Exclusive Markets may vary, depending on the completeness and accuracy of the information you provide, as well as the volume of verification requests the company is processing at the time.
In general, the verification process may take a few business days. However, if you have completed your compliance questionnaire and uploaded all the required documents correctly, the verification process may be completed within 24 to 48 hours.

03What is a wallet account?
Wallet is a safekeeping place where clients can deposit to/from and transfer funds to their trading accounts in order to start trading
04How often can I deposit or withdraw my funds?
You can deposit or withdraw funds at any time. Also, clients can choose option whether they want to deposit funds via Crypto or Exclusive Payment Gateway.
05Are there any fees charged for deposits or withdrawals?
No, we do not charge any fees or additional charges on deposits.
However, you may be subject to the fees that can be charged by the payment method provider of your choice or your bank.
06How can I withdraw my funds?
In order to request a withdrawal, you can login into the online Client Portal and go to Fund section and request a withdrawal by submitting the method used for deposit.
07How long does it take to process my withdrawal and what is the timeframe in order to receive my funds into my account?
The withdrawal procedure takes up to 24 hours from the time we receive the request. Upon execution the funds will arrive into your chosen method of payment, in case the chosen method is Bank Wire the procedure may take up to 5 business days.
08Can I withdraw using a different method than the one I used for my deposit?
Funds need to always return to the same method you have deposited with. For instance, if the deposit came from a credit card, funds can be refunded via Bank Wire Transfer to the Bank Account the card is linked to.
09What is the minimum deposit and withdrawal?

10What are the most common reasons a withdrawal request can be rejected?

11Can I deposit using a friend's payment method?
Exclusive Markets do not accept third party deposits or withdrawals for security reasons. Funds need to go back to the same source under the client’s name, where the deposit was made, in order to ensure compliance with our policies.
12Are exchange rates applied during the deposit or withdrawal process?
Clients can deposit with their local currency and the live exchange rate will convert the deposited amount directly into client’s trading account.
13Can I deposit from a joint bank account?
Clients can only deposit from a Joint Bank Account when their profile account is a Joint Account.
14Can I withdraw with my card which was used for a deposit more than a year ago?
If the last deposit made with the card was made more than a year ago, the transaction cannot be refunded back to the same card.
Although since we always aim to send the funds back to source, by providing us a Bank Statement linked with the card used for the deposit, showing bank details and full name, funds can be refunded via Bank Wire Transfer.
15How to make an Internal Transfer?
- From the left panel of the client dashboard, click on Funds. From the drop-down menu, select Internal Funds Transfer.
Note: You can choose to do internal transfer from the wallet to trading accounts, and vice versa. Also, make internal transfer from one trading account to another trading account.
- Choose an Account or Wallet to transfer funds from.
- From the drop-down menu, select the account in which you want to deposit the funds and enter the amount.
- Click on the Proceed to Transfer button.
- Lastly, click on Continue to proceed with the Funds Transfer.
Trading
Here are some of the more frequently asked questions by traders.
01Orders limitations?
There are no restrictions regarding stop orders and limit orders. You can place any pending order in any desire level.
02What is Margin?
The amount you are required to have in your account to open/ keep your positions opened. Since a trader is allowed to use more capital than the amount, he/she deposited (due to leverage) a margin is required by the broker to ensure that any losses are covered.
We calculate the margin with the following formula: LOTS X CONTRACT SIZE/LEVERAGE Examples for Standard Account: If a client trades 1 lot of EURUSD in a Standard account with leverage 1:500, their required margin will be: 1 * 100.000 / 500 = 200 EUR Examples for Cent Account: If a client trades 1 lot of EURUSD in a Cent account with leverage 1:500, their required margin will be: 1 * 1000 / 500 = 2 EUR.
03Are there overnight fees?
Positions held open overnight may be charged rollover interest. In the case of forex instruments, the amount credited or charged depends on both the position taken (i.e. long or short) and the rate differentials between the two currencies traded. In the case of stocks and stock indices, the amount credited or charged depends on whether a short or a long position has been taken.
Although there is no rollover on Saturdays and Sundays when the markets are closed, banks still calculate interest on any position held open over the weekend. To level this time gap, Exclusive Markets applies a 3-day rollover charge on Wednesdays.
04What is leverage?
Leverage is a facility that enables you to get a much larger exposure to the market you are trading than the amount you deposited to open the trade. Leveraged products, such as CFDs, magnify your potential profit but also your potential loss. Leverage gives the possibility to an investor to trade with more funds than they actually have in their account, giving the opportunity of having maximized outcome or can lead to significant losses.
THE HIGHER THE LEVERAGE, THE HIGHER THE RISK.
Example: If a client will deposit 10.000$ in their trading account and they selected a leverage of 1:100, the mathematics is: 100 x 10.000 = 1.000.000$
LET'S SAY CLIENT HAS 1:100 LEVERAGE AND HE IS ABLE TO OPEN A 1 LOT POSITION AND 10 PIPS ARE EQUAL TO $100 (1 PIP = 10$, 10 PIPS = 100$) Now if they will double their leverage to 1:200 and open a 2-lot position with the same amount of required margin (for 1 lot standard with 1:100 leverage margin needed is 1000$, for 2 lots standard with 1:200 leverage margin needed is as well 1000$), then 10 pips are now worth $200 (because the volume also increased to 2 lots) and they have essentially doubled his risk. (WHERE PIP FORMULA: CONTRACT SIZE X MINIMUM PRICE FLUCTUATION) EX: 100.000 X 0.00001 (FOR 1 LOT PIP VALUE) 200.000 X 0.00001 (FOR 2 LOT PIP VALUE)
05What are the symbols used for different account types?
There are certain symbols that must be selected in order for the correct execution of a trade on the platform. Please see below instrument examples for each account type.
ex.1: EURUSD. - The symbol with the DOT "." represents the Standard Account Type
ex.2: EURUSD! - The symbol with the Exclamation Mark "!" represents the Standard Plus Account Type
ex.3: EURUSD - The symbol with nothing at the end can only be used for Exclusive Account Type
ex.4: EURUSDc - The symbol with the "c" at the end represents the CENT Account Type
06When does the market open for trading?
The regular trading hours for the U.S. stock market, which includes the Nasdaq Stock Market (Nasdaq) and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), are 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., except on stock market holidays.
07Why cannot I follow a specific provider?
Please note that you must have the same meta trader account type as your provider and to meet the manager requirements (i.e. minimum deposit).
08 What types of Social Trading is offered by Exclusive Markets?
Exclusive Markets offers two types of Social Trading:
- Copy Trading
- PAMM
09 What is the difference between Copy and PAMM trading?
Copy Trading: As a beginner, copy the trade strategies of experts and earn profits when they do. As a pro trader, make great commissions by registering yourself as a provider on our tech-powered platform.
PAMM trading: Your funds are transferred to a pool where the money manager has full control of your funds with the only option to check your balance and make any deposit or withdraw request.
10Can I act as both a Follower and a Provider simultaneously?
Yes, but you will need two separate Trading Accounts. You can register one Trading Account as a Follower or Provider and then add a second Trading Account to take on the other role.
11Can I trade in a trading account used to follow a Strategy Provider?
Yes, you have the flexibility to both open new trades in that account but also close trades that were initiated by copying the Strategy Provider.
12How long does it take for my trading account to copy a trade after the Strategy Provider opens a trade?
When your Strategy Provider opens a trade, it is instantly replicated in your account at market price. However, slight variations in execution time and price may occur due to market conditions and order processing.
13 How do I archive my account in Copy Trading?
To archive your Provider account or unsubscribe from a Provider account as a Follower, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Social Trading portal using one of your registered accounts.
- Navigate to your portal and access your Provider/Follower profile.
- Click on 'Actions' -> Then click on 'Archive/Unsubscribe' -> Confirm your action by selecting the checkbox -> Click 'Archive/Unsubscribe'.
14 Are there any risk management tools available when copying other traders?
There are tools available to help manage your trade copying volume as a Follower. You can set preferences to limit the volume when it exceeds a specified maximum and establish profit and loss thresholds, along with actions to take when these limits are reached.
15 Can I follow more than one Provider?
You can follow multiple Providers using one trading account or choose to follow a single Provider with separate accounts.
16 What is the Lot Threshold for low-volume trade?
The Lot Threshold defines a minimum trade volume of 0.002. If the calculated volume is above this threshold but below the Lot Minimum, it will open at the Lot Minimum. Trades below the Lot Threshold are skipped.
